Tony has been an inspiration to me for years and I was blessed to finally be able to attend his ‘Unleash the Power Within’ workshop last weekend in London. It was a sight to behold, 11,000 people raving, laughing, crying, screaming but above all exploring.
Exploring the deep parts of our psyche. Exploring the fears we had harbored within about being unstoppable. Exploring the limiting beliefs that were acting as invisible webs holding us back. But also making room for more joy, vitality, love, passion, and fulfillment to enter through these cracks. And of course, completing the famous fire walk which involved walking on 2,000-degree coals! This certainly showed me that in the right state, we are capable of anything.
What amazed me most was the energy in the room. It was literally electric. For 4 days, I was in a room for 15-16 hours, with little sleep, little food, and no coffee. Yet I had so much energy!! And I could give my ALL whenever asked and felt like I could keep going! It really showed me how the human body is an energy generator. When you give it the right conditions, it thrives. If you don’t, it just survives 🔋
Hard to condense the learnings and insights but I’ll try. Here are my top three keys:
1. Emotional Patterns: The meaning we give to external events are driven by our individual pattern of emotions. The three primary patterns of emotion are:
a) Physiology (How you use your body, such as breath, posture, movement)
b) Focus (Whatever you focus on, you will feel)
c) Language (the words we put towards an experience).
If you change the pattern you change the outcome!

2. Peak State: Have you ever noticed how you get the answer to a problem you’ve been trying to solve for ages in the shower? Or on a walk? There are ways to work WITH our subconscious. WITH the inner intelligence within us all, instead of against it. One way is by snapping into a ‘peak state.’ Ever been out, dancing all night with no stimulants and felt you could keep going for hours? This is an example of a peak state. Now imagine putting yourself into this state at will, and then tackling life’s challenges. A completely different outcome right? We learned how to put ourselves into this state in the snap of a finger. One way you can do it is incorporating a morning routine which puts you into that optimal state. I’ll share my new one soon!

3. Optimal Health: When you think of being in amazing health, what comes to mind? For me, it generally comes down to being in a state of abundant vitality, energy, and optimal bodily function. Now, where does this energy come from? Our cells. The key to a healthy body = healthy cells.
Dr. Alexis Carrel, a two-time Nobel Prize winner proved that cells can live forever with the right conditions. We need to ensure we are creating the right environment for the optimal functions of our cells. And we need to do this NOW. The fastest growing cancer group today is those that are under 30! F&*K - THAT’S US! Some ways we learned to optimize the body is through fasting (digestion is the 2nd biggest use of bodily energy!), eating an organic majority plant-based diet (limiting animal products with all the b.s. added additives), and putting the body in a constant alkaline state.

Above all, knowledge is POTENTIAL power. Action trumps knowledge. Taking action is what creates the results. Start doing something today that your future self will be thankful for.
